Do you supply and support email services?

Yep. The A-Z+ Website subscription includes sending and receiving emails from any email software and your website.

You can have ten (10) email addresses based on your domain. If you want more than that, we suggest creating a Google Workspace, Office 365 account and managing your emails from it.

How do I connect my custom domain, and do I need one?

You can connect your custom domain to your A-Z+ Website through the A-Z+ Hub. If you don't already have a domain, no problem. Let us know, and we will organise one for you and assign it to your A-Z+ Hub with your details. Generally, they cost from $7-$50, with the average being $15. COMING SOON! Purchase and transfer your domains in your A-Z+ Hub.

Our service includes an integrated Content Delivery Network (CDN) to ensure optimal website availability and performance. This is achieved through a network of servers and data centres spread out across multiple locations worldwide. CDN reduces the burden on the origin server and ensures that content can still be served even if one location becomes unavailable. This allows applications to handle higher traffic volumes and also enables faster loading times for users. It is important to note that different countries may have different regulations regarding information security and server location. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I transfer my existing WordPress website to you?

Yes, you can. In fact, we'll even move it for you for free, then take advantage of our fast lighting service, maintenance and more.

Can I have more than one A-Z+ Website?

Yes, you can build more than one website. With each A-Z+ Website subscription, you can build one website without limitation to the number of subscriptions you can add. To start building another A-Z+ Website, purchase a new subscription from the pricing page.

What about security?

As part of our service, we monitor and maintain security with a wide range of factors. Our system detects and blocks websites that exhibit suspicious behaviour, such as signs of hacking. However, we recommend taking additional measures to ensure the safety of your website, such as implementing strong passwords and limiting access to your website's admin area to trusted individuals.

Where do I manage everything related to my website?

Everything can be managed from the A-Z+ Hub. That's where you can access your WordPress dashboard, connect a custom domain, set your primary domain, turn Site Lock on and off, manage backups, restore the website if needed, and all other valuable actions if you need.
