The initiative aims to minimise transition frictions for dealers migrating their Floorplan Facilities from Wells Fargo to MitchCap.
Over the past few days, our focus has been on supporting our existing Distribution Partners engaged in dual programs with MitchCap and Wells Fargo. We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition over the coming months, guaranteeing minimal disruption to business operations.
MitchCap has developed a comprehensive strategy and implementation plan to facilitate this change. As part of this effort, MitchCap has amended its existing FastTrack Approval process to Approve and Match existing Wells Fargo Limits provided a baseline of conditions are met.
To expedite the process, MitchCap has increased and reallocated resources to handle the impending volume of requests. Upon receipt of the required documentation, MitchCap expects to document and activate facilities within 10 Business days.
MitchCap is uniquely positioned for this transition, having recently closed a successful round of funding and securing the support of large corporate banks. Our financial strength ensures that we can provide unwavering support during this crucial period.
